1. What data do we collect?

When you sign up to the waitlist, we only collect:

• your email address;
• the “man” or “woman” information you choose to provide (optional).

We don't collect any other data: no name, no address, no phone number, no payment details.

2. Why this data?

Your email is only used to notify you first when Al Rafiq launches, and to send you occasional news about the project. The gender information helps us prepare features related to the “100% Sisters” option.

3. Cookies & trackers

The Site uses Vercel Analytics, an anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement tool (number of visits, pages viewed). The Site does not use any advertising cookies or individual tracking tools, and does not resell any data to third parties.

4. Where is your data stored?

Your data is stored securely with our technical provider, Supabase, and the Site is hosted with Vercel. These providers may host servers outside the European Union; they are contractually committed to protecting your data to standards equivalent to the GDPR.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Your data is kept until the app launches, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first.

6. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right, at any time, to access, correct, and delete your data. To exercise this right, simply email contact@alrafiq.app from the email address concerned; your request will be handled within 30 days.

7. No sharing with third parties

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is only accessible to Al Rafiq and our technical providers (Supabase, Vercel), solely for the purpose of running the Site.
